We manage a diverse portfolio across real estate investment, development and construction lending, combining deep real estate expertise with strong credit capability and providing innovative solutions that deliver real value for our clients . The Role As a Senior Associate, you will play a critical role in partnering with Relationship Executives to originate, structure, and execute new opportunities, while actively managing an existing portfolio of clients. Leveraging your credit expertise, you will deliver high-quality credit applications and reviews, supporting well-informed lending decisions and strong client outcomes. You will work closely with Risk and internal stakeholders to ensure policy alignment while enabling efficient deal execution and speed to market. You will also contribute to the development of Analysts within the team, helping to build capability and maintain high standards across service delivery. This role provides a strong pathway into a future Relationship Executive position, with opportunities to build client, deal, and commercial capability. What you will do Deliver high-quality credit submissions for new-to-bank and existing clients Provide robust financial modelling and credit analysis, with strong attention to detail to inform lending decisions Support deal execution, due diligence and covenant monitoring Analyse and report on portfolio performance, providing credit insights, managing annual reviews and credit extensions Assist Relationship Executives in better understanding clients business needs, through understanding the Group’s range of products and services Leverage market research and internal resources to assess opportunities and provide data-driven insights that enable confident decision-making Contribute to team capability by supporting the development of Analysts and maintaining high standards across credit delivery What you will bring Strong credit writing capability, with the ability to clearly articulate complex transactions and provide clear, actionable recommendations Solid understanding of financial statements, lending structures, and security types Advanced financial analysis and modelling skills, with a high proficiency in Excel A collaborative approach, with the ability to build relationships across teams and stakeholders Strong commercial acumen and confidence in handling complex transactions Experience in banking, ideally with exposure to property lending Tertiary qualifications in commerce, accounting or a related discipline Sound like your next move?
