Fulton Hogan is proud to have been awarded the Victorian Road Maintenance Contract with the Department of Transport and Planning, starting 1 July 2026. This means we will be on the ground delivering critical road construction, maintenance and resurfacing works throughout the Loddon Mallee Region, including: Working on planned maintenance programs designed for long-term performance Rebuilding and rehabilitating major road sections Delivering high-quality resurfacing works across priority networks Responding to urgent repairs to keep roads operational As a result, Fulton Hogan is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator (North) based in Mildura or Swan Hill to provide leadership and coordination across multiple maintenance programs. This role is responsible for overseeing the safe, efficient and cost-effective delivery of works by internal teams and subcontractors, ensuring outcomes meet contractual requirements as well as client and community expectations. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee operational employees and subcontractors to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to plan Interpret and apply contract clauses, pricing schedules and works activity specifications to achieve best-practice safety, financial and reputational outcomes Provide leadership, mentoring and guidance to internal delivery teams and subcontractors Coordinate the delivery of multiple maintenance programs to ensure works are completed on time and within budget Maintain strong client and community relationships through effective communication and reporting on completed works About You Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the road infrastructure maintenance or construction sector At least 5 years’ experience in an operational role managing resources across maintenance and/or construction programs A qualification in engineering, project management or a related discipline is desirable Excellent verbal and written communication skills Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel and Word Experience using computer-based Asset Management Systems or similar platforms The pre-employment process will involve a police check and a medical check including drug and alcohol screening.
