About the role Reporting to the Enterprise Applications Manager, this role owns the operational health, optimisation and evolution of TWE’s enterprise application portfolio. You’ll bridge platforms, automation and business needs to make systems work smarter at global scale. Key Responsibilities: Ensure stability, performance and continuous improvement of enterprise apps Administer and optimise service desk capability, primarily ServiceNow Assist in managing vendors and offshore partners to deliver timely and reliable outcomes Identify and enable automation opportunities across systems and workflows Support global stakeholders through BAU, change and improvement initiatives Maintain oversight of integrations, risks and configuration standards Translate business needs into practical, scalable solutions About you Successful applicants will naturally take pride in their work, be motivated to learn new systems and be able to communicate across a broad group of stakeholders. With sound experience, you’ll have the confidence to present operationally grounded solutions and the ability to own innovative approaches to maximise the use of our applications. What we’d love to see: 3-5 years of experience with IT Applications across complex organizations ITSM qualified with hands-on experience in enterprise application support Strong experience with ServiceNow (roughly 50% of your focus area) and multilayered application environments Background supporting SaaS or platform applications at enterprise scale Highly organised self-starter who can manage competing priorities Strong communicator able to bridge technical and business stakeholders, from our vineyards to our Executive teams Analytical problem solver who delivers sustainable, innovative and timely solutions Motivated learner keen to broaden exposure across platforms and systems A keen interest in the evolving IT landscape, you’ll have a natural curiosity around automation and AI University qualifications within IT are desirable, but not essential Why you’ll love it here Our culture is built on bringing our whole selves, being courageous and delivering together – it’s our DNA and the heart of who we are at TWE.
