We are hiring a Strategic Account Executive (Enterprise) to lead the relationship with a key Enterprise Commercial customer. In this role, you will shape and deliver the account strategy, helping the customer realise value from their Microsoft investments and achieve their business priorities. You will work closely with customer leaders across technology, digital and business functions, as well as Microsoft teams and partners, to drive outcomes that support long-term transformation. Role based in Melbourne Responsibilities Act as the primary relationship owner, partnering with customer executives and aligning Microsoft capabilities to their strategic priorities Develop and lead the Strategic Account Plan, bringing together Microsoft teams and partners to deliver coordinated outcomes Set and execute the sales strategy for the account, delivering against revenue, consumption and customer impact goals Identify opportunities to support the customer’s adoption of cloud, data and AI solutions, aligned to their transformation priorities Maintain a well-managed business through clear forecasting, pipeline visibility and disciplined execution Communicate complex ideas in a clear and accessible way, tailored to both business and technical audiences Take a broad, customer-first view to understand challenges, identify opportunities and shape solutions that create value Build an inclusive and collaborative environment across teams, enabling shared success and continuous learning Qualifications Minimum Experience Experience managing enterprise customer relationships and delivering growth outcomes Experience engaging with senior stakeholders, including C-suite decision makers Experience leading complex sales opportunities across technical, commercial and partner environments Ability to translate business priorities into actionable strategies and outcomes Preferred Experience Degree in Business, Technology or a related field This position will be open for a minimum of 5 days, with applications accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.
