Job Description The Role Drive proactive outbound engagement with Lumi’s existing customer base to uncover refinancing and utilisation opportunities. Conduct quality conversations to re-engage customers, identify funding needs, and position Lumi solutions effectively. Focus on key areas including: term loan refinances, line-of-credit (LOC) refinances, LOC rollovers, LOC utilisation uplift, and off-book re-engagement. Leverage data insights to prioritise customer cohorts with the highest likelihood of conversion & lifetime value nurture. Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Credit) to streamline campaigns and ensure smooth approval processes. Manage an individual prospecting budget and contribute directly to team origination targets. Qualifications This Person Is Someone With… Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in financial services, lending, or fintech. A track record of outbound prospecting, re-engagement, or account management with measurable results. Strong commercial acumen and the ability to balance growth with margin discipline. Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. A curious, self-starting mindset with resilience to manage high-volume outreach. Ability to work cross-functionally and thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
