We're looking for a commercially minded and creatively driven PR & Partnerships Coordinator to help shape brand visibility, grow influencer and creator relationships, and drive meaningful partnerships that elevate awareness, engagement, and conversion. What You'll Be Doing Influencer & Partnerships (Core Focus) Execute influencer and partnership strategies across weekly and monthly campaigns Identify, source, and build relationships with creators, influencers, and aligned brand partners Negotiate rates, contracts, and deliverables Manage seeding programs and campaign budgets Coordinate influencer content for paid social opportunities Track and report on campaign performance including engagement, reach, ROAS, and sales attribution Research new talent and partnership opportunities that align with brand vision PR Coordination Build and maintain press and media contact databases Assist in creating and distributing monthly press releases Support PR opportunities, media placements, and external agency management where required Help drive brand visibility through relevant editorial and experiential channels Events & Brand Activations Support planning and execution of seasonal PR events Coordinate guest lists, vendor sourcing, and on-the-ground event support Represent the brand professionally at activations and events Ensure event execution aligns with both commercial objectives and brand identity Content & Admin Manage content organisation across shared drives and Dropbox Maintain weekly updates of top-performing creative assets Support photoshoots, event production, and wider PR/partnership administration Ensure all deliverables are executed accurately and on time What We're Looking For 2 years' experience in PR, influencer marketing, partnerships, or brand marketing Fashion, lifestyle, or DTC experience highly regarded Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems, creator partnerships, and PR strategy Excellent commercial awareness with solid reporting and analytical capability Highly organised with strong admin and project coordination skills Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills Experience working with PR agencies, influencers, and external stakeholders Comfortable managing spreadsheets, reporting documents, and content libraries A proactive, collaborative mindset with the ability to move quickly Why You'll Love It Join a bold, trend-led fashion business with strong growth momentum Work across influencer, PR, partnerships, and events in one dynamic role Be part of a collaborative, creative, and agile marketing team Opportunity to shape exciting campaigns that connect brand, culture, and community If you're equal parts creative and commercial, love fashion, and know how to turn partnerships into performance, this could be your next big move.
