In this critical role you will: Obtain role requirements from hiring leaders and advise on expectations including remuneration rates and time to fill Own end‑to‑end recruitment for predominantly frontline roles in our Logistics teams for roles in Queensland, NSW and Victoria Run innovative attraction campaigns that sync with our EVP and marketing platforms Screen and shortlist candidates and coordinate interviews Efficiently manage and debrief on pre‑employment checks Maintain candidate pipelines using clear, positive communication that leverages our HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors) Develop strong relationships with hiring leaders, keeping them informed and supported Provide regular recruitment updates and insights to support workforce planning and meet key KPIs Ensure a brilliant candidate experience from first call to first day, and Partner closely with leaders as well as People & Performance and Payroll colleagues to ensure a seamless integration for new starters.
