They are looking for a Chief of Staff to act as the operational lead for the CEO and executive team, translating strategic vision into functional and repeatable business processes. This is a critical hire focused on operational excellence. You will be responsible for building and implementing the systems that allow the leadership team to elevate, ensuring the business scales with discipline and clarity. Key Responsibilities Take high-level strategy and build the workflows and reporting structures needed to make it work. Lead the cadence of the executive team, including leadership meetings, QBRs, and strategic follow-ups. Identify operational bottlenecks and implement tech-driven solutions to improve efficiency across the leadership group. Act as the bridge between local operations and global group requirements, ensuring reporting and standards are met. Ideal Background You have a track record of scaling professional services or tech-driven businesses. You likely evolved from a high-level Executive Assistant background into a dedicated Operations, Practice Management, or Chief of Staff role.
