As recruitment activity continues to scale, we’re looking for a Recruitment Advisor to join our team with a focus on onboarding, compliance and recruitment administration. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring new employees are fully prepared before their first day, while also supporting Hiring Managers by providing clarity, structure and confidence throughout the onboarding process. You’ll be the go‑to person for onboarding enquiries, systems support and process coordination — helping to create consistent, compliant and positive experiences at scale. This opportunity is ideal for someone from an administration or HR background, or an early‑career recruiter looking to pivot into a role focused on systems, stakeholder support and continuous improvement within the recruitment space. What you’ll do Coordinate end‑to‑end onboarding and compliance activities prior to Day 1 Act as the first point of contact for onboarding and compliance enquiries Support Hiring Managers with guidance, visibility and issue resolution Confidently navigate and troubleshoot HR systems including Dayforce, Mirus Skills and Preceda Maintain accurate recruitment records and documentation Review and improve onboarding resources and processes Provide recruitment administration support across the team About you Experience in administration, HR support or recruitment coordination Highly organised with strong attention to detail Confident communicator with a customer‑service mindset Comfortable working with HR systems (Dayforce experience advantageous) Interested in building a long‑term career in recruitment or HR Why Ozcare?
