The Role Corporate Transformation & Technology (CT&T) plays a pivotal role in delivering Yarra Valley Water’s 2030 Strategy by driving digital transformation. Through ongoing transformation of corporate core and support systems, data, and digital channels, CT&T enables the business to better understand and respond to the evolving needs of our customers. To support key programs, we are seeking a Change Analyst to work closely with internal stakeholders across Yarra Valley Water. The Change Analyst will play an important role across strategic initiatives that modernise systems and enhance customer-facing experiences. Your Key Responsibilities Support the development and delivery of change strategies and plans in alignment with the YVW Change Management Framework. Conduct change impact assessments across people, processes, and systems, working with SMEs to define current and future states. Coordinate stakeholder engagement activities, including briefing materials, FAQs, meeting notes, and feedback channels. Identify training needs and work with Learning & Development, vendors, and business teams to organise and track training activities. Create and maintain key change artefacts such as impact logs, stakeholder maps, communication trackers, and readiness assessments. Draft and deliver clear, tailored communications that explain change impacts, benefits, and relevance to day-to-day work and customer outcomes. Monitor adoption, readiness, and stakeholder feedback, escalating risks or resistance to the Change Manager as needed. Contribute to continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and enhancing change methodologies, tools, and templates. What we’re Looking for Proven experience in roles involving process analysis, business analysis, change analysis, or hands‑on project delivery roles with a strong focus on outcomes. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build credibility and drive alignment across diverse groups. Demonstrated ability to analyse data, systems, and processes, including deep dives into customer journeys and operational environments. Experience supporting complex initiatives spanning process, technology, data, and people change, with a solid understanding of technology delivery methodologies and project lifecycles, and the ability to translate technical concepts into people‑friendly language. Highly developed problem‑solving skills, able to interpret complex information and apply practical thinking that helps people act, work, or behave differently. Strong time‑management and prioritisation skills, able to meet deadlines while remaining flexible, resilient, and responsive to changing priorities. Proactive and self‑driven, with a demonstrated ability to take initiative, identify improvement opportunities.
