Discover more via our website. Your next career opportunity In this role, you will lead Ngarrngga’s Educator Confidence node, designing powerful professional learning for educators nationwide. You will collaborate with Indigenous Knowledge holders, schools and researchers to test curricula and lead research projects. You will shape a unique, Indigenous-led program that seeks to transform education for social and ethical good. What you will deliver: Lead the design, delivery and continuous improvement of Ngarrngga’s professional learning and educator confidence strategy. Develop and trial high-quality learning resources, toolkits and curricula that embed Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander knowledges. Design and oversee curricula trial streams and the holistic school model, integrating feedback and evaluation insights. Build and sustain partnerships with schools and education systems, including coordinating trial participation and professional learning engagements. Contribute to Ngarrngga’s research outputs, reports and advocacy by synthesising evidence from professional learning and trials. You may be a great fit if you: Hold a PhD or equivalent experience in a relevant field, plus teaching qualification and substantive school leadership experience. Bring a strong track record designing and delivering professional development or learning programs for teachers and schools. Demonstrate experience leading education research or design projects, including project planning, tracking and delivery of clear outputs. Apply culturally responsive pedagogies and engage respectfully with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander knowledges, communities and stakeholders. Build and sustain productive partnerships with schools, educators and systems in complex or multi-stakeholder environments.
