Undertaking this 12-month traineeship will give you the opportunity to put theory into practice, complete a BSB30120 Certificate III in Business , and gain valuable experience in the workplace to set you up for a successful business career. Job Details We are looking for someone who can efficiently and effectively provide various administrative support for the project delivery team for the Cressbrook Dam Safety Improvement project. No two days are the same. Expect a fast-paced, engaging environment where your attention to detail and enthusiastic, can-do attitude will really shine. Your duties will include, but are not limited to: Provide effective administrative support to the project team. Prompt professional and friendly operation of all aspects of the reception effectively linking the public, clients, staff, suppliers and contractors with each other. Input of delivery dockets, orders and invoices into job costing system and following up staff to clarify issues. Develop an understanding of subcontracted and self-performed construction activities and standard payment terms and conditions. Data entry for safety and other systems. Distribution of mail, filing and minute taking. Maintain site registers. Assist to coordinate site meetings and events. Assist to coordinate site-based travel, accommodation and relocation arrangements. Understand, comply and remain current with all Seymour Whyte policies, procedures and compliance training as relevant to your role.
