Job Description We are looking for a strategic Senior or Lead Solution Architect to join our team. Reporting directly to the Technology Director, you will be the technical visionary in the pre-sales process and the bridge between our commercial promises and our engineering reality. While this role is heavily focused on strategy and solution definition, we know that great architects need to stay close to the code. You will define the solution and then retain technical oversight during the initial build phase, ensuring your vision is honoured and providing governance to the delivery team. Ideally, you are an ex-developer who has moved into the "big picture" but still understands the code underneath and can pick up new technologies quickly. What You’ll Do Lead Technical Strategy: Partner with the commercial team to pitch complex digital solutions. You act as the trusted technical advisor, helping clients understand how we can solve their business problems without getting lost in jargon. Architect for Impact: Create high-level solution definitions and specifications. You will define the blueprint, ensuring it is technically viable and commercially sound. Crucially, you will maintain a governance role as projects kick off to ensure the development team has what they need to succeed. Connect the Ecosystem: Design architectures that integrate CMS/DXP platforms with the wider MarTech landscape. You don't need to know every tool on the market, but you will use your understanding of integration patterns and API structures to design data flows between CDPs, Marketing Automation, and Analytics platforms. Client Engagement: While we offer a hybrid work environment based in Pyrmont, you will be expected to attend client meetings and presentations in person when required to build trust and close deals.
