About the Role As a Graduate Engineer, you will support the design and delivery of building services projects across multiple sectors, including commercial, healthcare, and industrial. You'll gain exposure to mechanical, hydraulic, fire, and electrical systems while developing both your technical and professional skills. Key Responsibilities Assist in the design and documentation of building services systems (HVAC, mechanical, and related disciplines) Support project delivery in line with client briefs, Australian codes, and standards Work with senior engineers on multidisciplinary projects Participate in coordination meetings with architects, clients, and other consultants Contribute to design reviews and quality assurance processes Assist with site inspections and reporting where required What We're Looking For A degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or Building Services Strong interest in building services engineering and the built environment Solid understanding of fundamental engineering principles Familiarity with design software such as Revit MEP and/or AutoCAD (advantageous) Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Good communication and teamwork abilities A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow What You'll Gain Hands-on experience across a wide variety of projects Mentorship from experienced engineers Exposure to multiple engineering disciplines A clear pathway for career development and progression Opportunity to work in a collaborative and supportive team environment Why Join?
