About the opportunity This full-time Customer Service Representative role sits within a collaborative Operations team of six. Following an initial training period, you will transition to a hybrid working model with three days from home. You will focus on order management, working closely with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products. The role involves minimal phone work, with most communication conducted via email with logistics partners and internal stakeholders. This position is key to maintaining service levels and ensuring smooth coordination across the supply chain. Initially offered as a 6-month contract, there is potential for extension based on business needs.
