About the opportunity You will manage high volume order processing and data entry across SAP, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions. The role works closely with 3PL providers, internal operations, and customer service teams to maintain smooth order flow. Reporting into the Customer Service Manager, you will support backend order management and resolve issues impacting delivery timelines. This role is critical in maintaining supply chain continuity and customer satisfaction. You will play a key part in ensuring orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.
