As part of a multidisciplinary organisational environment, the Learning Support Co-Ordinator plays a key role in connecting people, systems and information to support capability uplift across residential and corporate settings. What you’ll do · Maintain and administer the Learning Management System, ensuring data integrity and ease of use Generate learning and compliance reports, including mandatory training and onboarding completion Support system updates and continuous improvement of learning processes Provide administrative and coordination support for Capability and Inclusion projects Support onboarding activities, including record maintenance and reporting Assist with documentation and administration for initiatives Why this role matters At SCC, a skilled, supported and confident workforce underpins the quality of experience we provide to residents, clients and their families.
