The Marketing Team is one of the biggest teams at Fever, and it's why they provide services to almost every single department. Through data and research, their work is to design, develop, execute, and analyze compelling 360º marketing strategies that inspire our community to discover the best their cities have to offer. About the Role: Own the marketing strategy of your experiences, with full accountability on performance and results Create successful performance digital marketing campaigns with high visibility leveraging social media channels like Facebook & Instagram Analyse campaign performance and proactively identify growth opportunities and optimisation levers Coordinate with cross functional teams to provide strategic directions for campaigns (Sales, Media, CRM, Design, Content Copywriting) Lead campaign planning and prioritization, ensuring timely launches and high-quality execution across multiple projects About You: You have 6 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Facebook ads, and other social paid platforms You have proven ownership, able to lead projects end-to-end, with accountability over results You are highly organised and methodical, with strong execution and attention to detail You have a proficient/bilingual level of English.
