Why This Role Matters Based in Savills’ Melbourne CBD office, the Analyst will support the Industrial & Logistics team by delivering market research, analysis, and insight to inform client advice and business decisions. Working closely with the Industria team’s Senior Analyst, the role involves analysing market activity and trends, preparing presentations and marketing material, maintaining research databases, and assisting with financial modelling. The position suits a detail-oriented graduate or early-career analyst with a strong interest in the industrial property market and a desire to build a long-term career in commercial real estate. What You’ll be Doing Working with the Senior Analyst and the whole Industrial team Reporting and advising on market activity, analyse trends, prepare presentations, maintain research databases, assist with preparation of marketing collateral Working and collaborating with other divisions within the company to disseminate timely, accurate, and useful information to the team Maintaining an understanding of financial modelling of assets and cash flows Maintaining up-to-date economic knowledge and apply an understanding of the influences these have on the property market What You’ll Bring Have a strong desire to build a career in the property market and be able to show a willingness to learn and develop within this field Completed a Bachelor of Property Economics or similar Preferred but not essential to have had prior experience as an Analyst Attention to detail and an analytical mind that can observe trends from research data IMs, Research and Financial modelling experience will be viewed upon favourably Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Why Savills is a Great Place to Work At Savills, we believe in helping people thrive through places and spaces, and that starts with our own team.
