JOB DESCRIPTION: - We are seeking a proactive Service Delivery & Order Management Specialist to oversee end to end delivery of enterprise telecom services. The role focuses on order lifecycle ownership, SLA adherence, stakeholder coordination, and risk mitigation to ensure timely and seamless service delivery. Experience Required: 3–4 years of experience in Telecom service delivery, order management, provisioning, or service fulfillment role supporting enterprise customers. Key Responsibilities: Order Management & Delivery: Own and manage the complete order lifecycle from order validation to service delivery. Plan and execute fulfillment activities to meet agreed SLAs and delivery cycle time. Track order progress, identify risks or delays, roadblocks and drive timely resolution. Stakeholder & Communication Management: Act as the primary contact for internal teams and external stakeholders. Maintain strong client relationships and handle correspondence effectively. Provide regular progress reports and maintain accurate documentation. Risk & Process Management: Proactively Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies. Support automation initiatives and process improvements. Track KPIs such as delivery timelines, SLA adherence, and customer satisfaction. Technical Expertise (Added Advantage): Knowledge of Routing, Switching, and SD‑WAN (Cisco Viptela, VMware Velocloud). Familiarity with Cisco and Juniper LAN/WAN networking environments. Basic understanding of IP/MPLS, routing/switching protocols, IP services, and Wireless LAN. Required Skills & Experience: Strong understanding of telecom service delivery, order management, provisioning, and activation for enterprise customers. Proven experience managing medium-to-large-scale delivery or fulfillment projects. Working knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Excellent communication, stakeholder coordination, and problem‑solving skills. Proficiency in MS Project, JIRA, and reporting tools; ServiceNow experience preferred. Certifications: ITIL® 4 Foundation PMP/Prince2 for project management.
