As the Senior Strategy Analyst, you will play a critical role in delivering comprehensive and high-quality strategic research and analysis to support the Strategy function within Perpetual Corporate Trust (PCT). Your primary responsibilities include gathering and synthesising information to inform the strategic direction of PCT, as well as developing clear and compelling narratives that communicate our strategic agenda to key stakeholders. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting both enterprise level and product specific strategies. This involves preparing executive-ready presentations, drafting strategy papers, and creating go to market materials across the entire PCT product portfolio. Your work will ensure that strategic initiatives are effectively articulated and that stakeholders are equipped with the insights and documentation necessary to advance PCT’s objectives. Key Responsibilities Conduct strategic research and analysis across markets, competitors, clients, regulation and technology to inform strategy Synthesise analysis into clear strategic narratives, insights and recommendations for senior leadership Develop high-quality executive and Board-level PowerPoint strategy presentations Draft strategy papers, discussion documents and investment cases Support enterprise and product strategy development, including growth initiatives and partnerships Translate strategy into product narratives, value propositions and go-to-market materials Support strategic planning cycles, offsites and strategy refreshes Coordinate inputs from multiple stakeholders into cohesive strategy outputs About you We’re interested in hearing from people who have Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Economics, Finance, Business, Law or a related discipline. 4 years’ experience in strategy, consulting, corporate development, or a strategy/finance role within financial services. Experience supporting product strategy and go-to-market planning in regulated financial services (highly regarded) Advanced PowerPoint capability with proven delivery of executive and Board-ready packs (essential to be considered for this role) Strong analytical skills (Excel) with the ability to synthesise complex information into clear narratives and recommendations. Strong stakeholder management skills; able to coordinate inputs across teams and influence senior stakeholders. Comfortable handling confidential and commercially sensitive information.
