Machine Operator / Leading Hand Opportunity At Talentline, we’re looking for a hands-on Machine Operator ready to step into a Leading Hand-style role within a busy manufacturing environment. You’ll be working with a company that designs and manufactures high-quality aluminium screening, fencing, and building products used across residential homes, commercial spaces, and large-scale construction projects across Australia. This role is perfect for someone who can run machines confidently while also keeping an eye on the floor, communicating with the team, and helping keep production flowing.
