Labourforce is currently seeking multiple reliable and experienced Factory Operators for a well-established steel manufacturing company located in Crestmead, QLD . We have three (3) immediate roles available on Day Shift (5am–1pm, Monday to Friday) . Shift Times Day Shift: 5:00am – 1:00pm Monday to Friday Ongoing, full-time hours for reliable workers. Pay Rate $37.35 per hour super (Same rate for all roles) Available Positions 2 x PA Door Assemblers You will be working in the Personal Access (PA) Doors section, assembling small pedestrian access doors. Duties include: Drilling holes into door frames and components Using power tools (drills, rivet guns, screwdrivers) Fitting hinges, locks, seals and brackets Measuring, marking and completing basic quality checks General assembly work and housekeeping tasks 1 x Sheet Metal Folder Duties include: Operating a sheet metal folding/press brake machine Reading basic measurements Folding steel sheets to specification Light machine adjustments and product quality checks Assisting with general production duties 1 x Sheeting Offsider Duties include: Assisting machine operators with feeding sheet metal Catching, stacking and strapping finished sheets Manual handling of materials Using basic hand tools Maintaining a clean and safe work environment What We’re Looking For Previous factory, assembly or manufacturing experience Confident using hand and power tools Ability to read and work with measurements Reliable transport to Crestmead Physically fit (able to lift up to 20kg) What We Offer Weekly pay Monday–Friday roster (no weekends) Consistent, ongoing hours Supportive Labourforce team Long-term opportunities for strong performers
