HSEQ Manager – NSW We’re seeking an experienced HSEQ Manager to lead and elevate safety, quality, and environmental performance across a growing operation. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong site presence, working closely with operational teams to drive real safety outcomes. The Role: Lead HSEQ strategy while remaining active in the field across multiple sites Conduct audits, engage with teams, and attend client/stakeholder meetings Oversee incident and injury management end-to-end Drive improvements across safety performance and compliance Manage and mentor a small HSEQ team Lead ISO accreditation and continuous improvement initiatives About You: Proven HSEQ leadership experience in a hands-on environment Strong understanding of safety systems, compliance, and risk management Ability to balance strategy with practical, on-the-ground execution Confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels Passion for driving safety culture and operational improvement This role suits a leader who has come from the tools/on-site environment and can combine practical experience with strategic thinking to uplift safety performance.
