We’re looking for a Solutions Architect with a strong technical engineering background and proven experience supporting bids, tenders and customer proposals. You’ll be someone who can operate independently, hold credible technical conversations with senior stakeholders, and translate complex customer requirements into practical infrastructure solutions. This role suits someone comfortable across on-prem, AWS and/or Azure, Windows Server and hybrid cloud environments, with the ability to shape high-level designs and provide technical direction from presales through to delivery. You’ll be confident leading technical conversations, shaping high-level designs and standing on your own with customers and technical stakeholders. This role suits someone comfortable designing solutions across on-prem, AWS and/or Azure, and hybrid cloud environments. Lead technical input for bids, tenders, RFIs and RFQs Translate requirements into SOWs, designs and proposals Design on-prem, cloud and hybrid infrastructure solutions Develop high-level designs that are practical and commercially sound Hold technical conversations with customers and stakeholders Provide SME guidance across presales, delivery and handover What We'd Love To See? Solutions Architecture experience in an MSP or consulting environment Strong bids, tender and proposal response experience Infrastructure engineering background across on-prem and cloud Confidence engaging technical stakeholders independently Experience with AWS and/or Azure, Windows Server and hybrid cloud Strong knowledge of servers, storage, backup, networking and Microsoft platforms Clear technical documentation and commercial solutioning skills A Plus If You Have… EUC solution design experience Exposure to Intune, Microsoft 365, Entra ID or VMware Even if you don’t check every box, your passion and curiosity matter.
