Ability to prioritise and manage matters effectively. Adept commercial acumen, and ability to interact with clients from a range of backgrounds, industries and sectors Communication Skills - Fluent and Clear communication with stakeholders at all levels, and can listen and follow instructions readily. Attention to detail - quick learner with expert analysis and approach to cases. Your Responsibilities Take on a mix of Advisory and Litigious Employment Law cases including but not limited to: Workplace Relations, Employment Contracts, Enterprise Agreements, Discrimination & Unfair Dismissal Claims, and more. Minimum 7 billable hours per day Draft relevant legal documents for cases. Keep in view the broader perspective and integrate other commercial and client-related factors while handling your cases.
