What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in any field (required). 1–2 years of proven success in sales (recruitment or B2B preferred) Entrepreneurial drive with a vision for building a team or growing into an Account Director role. High integrity and a natural ability to build long-term partnerships. Strong self-motivation and independence, balanced with team collaboration. Common sense and the resilience to handle disappointments while celebrating wins. Your Responsibilities Source and place locum healthcare professionals into contract roles nationwide. Work closely with government clients and manage vacancies across national contracts. Cultivate lasting relationships with clients and high-calibre candidates. Consistently meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced, high-reward environment. Participate in team events and contribute to our collaborative culture.
