Microsoft 365 | Hardware Support | Windows OS | End User Support Your new company Financial Institution based in Melbourne's CBD. Your new role As an End User Services Engineer, you will be the point of contact for IT support, delivering exceptional customer service while resolving technical issues across Windows environments, Microsoft 365, and end-user hardware. Key Responsibilities Provide technical support for end users across Windows OS environments Troubleshoot and support Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint) Manage issues relating to laptops, desktops, peripherals, and other hardware Log, track, and resolve incidents and service requests using ITSM tools Perform device builds, imaging, deployments, and replacements Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams where required Ensure adherence to ITIL processes and financial industry compliance standards Deliver a high standard of customer service in a corporate environment What you'll need to succeed Proven experience in a Service Desk / IT Support role Strong knowledge of Windows OS (Windows 10/11) Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft 365 Solid understanding of end-user hardware (laptops, desktops, docking stations, printers) Previous experience working in the finance or banking sector Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and within a team in a high-volume support environment What you'll get in return Initial 6-month contract with potential for extension $400 - $600 Super per day Melbourne CBD location What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click "Apply" or forward an up-to-date copy of your CV to Vishal at Vishal.Sachdeva@hays.com.au 2991686
