Job Summary: HUB24 is looking for a Business Analyst to join the product squad behind Engage — one of our most successful recent app launches. You’ll work in a small, nimble pod alongside Product and UX on an ambitious and exciting three-year roadmap, focused on building seamless experiences that help advisers deliver better outcomes for their clients. This role is heavily weighted to the front-end app experience, so we’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about great UI/UX, loves turning customer problems into clear requirements, and thrives in a fast-paced product environment. Responsibilities: Partner with Product and Technology to translate customer needs into clear user stories and requirements Work within a cross-functional squad to support backlog refinement and Agile delivery Collaborate with Engineering and UX to ensure high-quality, user-focused solutions Use customer feedback and product insights (e.g. Pendo) to inform design and iteration Support fast delivery cycles including testing, releases and continuous improvement Validate solutions through UAT and production checks, resolving issues as needed Contribute to a strong team culture and leverage AI tools to improve efficiency Requirements: Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst within financial services, fintech or a related industry Strong domain knowledge across investment portfolios, reporting, calculations and platform-based solutions Experience working in Agile delivery environments (Scrum, SAFe or similar) Ability to translate complex business and technical requirements into clear, practical solutions Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and analytical skills Comfortable working with AI tools and interested in applying AI to improve analysis and delivery Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage competing priorities Collaborative, proactive and aligned with HUB24’s values and ways of working The Recruitment Process Acknowledgement email once your application has been submitted.
