Your new role This role sits at Level 3 and focuses on providing advanced technical support for POS and payment solutions. You'll be responsible for end-to-end site installations, configuration, and ongoing technical support for POS systems and payment terminals.The role combines in-office work with regular onsite visits across Sydney metro and regional locations. You'll also be involved in pre-launch activities such as device programming and menu builds, acting as a subject-matter expert for customers and internal teams.You'll work directly with customers, troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and connectivity issues, and ensure a high-quality, professional on-site experience that reflects the brand.
