About the role: Hands‑on Offsider role supporting steel plate handling, processing support and dispatch operations in a busy plate warehouse. Full training provided, with opportunities to build skills and progress over time. Day shift: 6.30 am - 3 pm Key Responsibilities Assist with loading and offloading steel plate Support plate processing and cutting operations Maintain a clean and safe plate handling area Assist dispatch and yard operations as required Requirements Steel cutting experience or strong interest in learning Safety‑focused with good attention to detail Strong communication and organisation skills Willingness to work overtime Please note, as health & safety is important to us, you will be asked to complete a pre-employment drug screen if you are to be successful.
