About the Role We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to own inbound and outbound sales and convert qualified opportunities into paying clients. This is not a cold-calling-heavy role - you’ll be provided with warm inbound leads, an existing lead flow, and a proven sales process already in place. You’ll work directly with the founders and focus on what matters most: running discovery calls, understanding hiring needs, building strong relationships, and closing business. This role is ideal for someone confident on calls, commercially sharp, and motivated by revenue targets and commission potential. If you enjoy speaking with business owners, moving deals through the pipeline quickly, and working in a high-growth environment, this role will suit you well. What You’ll Be Doing • Managing warm inbound leads and converting them into clients • Running discovery and strategy calls with business owners and hiring managers • Building and maintaining strong client relationships • Following up and progressing opportunities through the sales pipeline efficiently • Activating outbound opportunities from an existing lead base • Working closely with founders to improve sales processes and drive growth • Consistently achieving revenue and conversion targets What Success Looks Like • Consistently closing new business and hitting revenue targets • Maintaining strong close rates across qualified opportunities • Building long-term relationships with clients • Keeping pipeline activity organised and moving efficiently • Contributing to overall company growth and expansion What We’re Looking For • Previous experience in sales, recruitment, business development. • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Confidence running calls and handling objections • Commercially driven with a results-focused mindset • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment • Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing pipelines independently • Experience in recruitment or staffing is a bonus, but not essential Working Holiday Visa applicants are encouraged to apply.
