Description Reporting to the Payroll Manager your responsibilities will include: Process employee lifecycle changes including new hires, contract amendments, and terminations Maintain employee data, contracted hours, and payroll records across systems Assist with payroll processing, including timesheet validation and reporting Manage payroll queries and provide timely, professional support to employees and stakeholders Support workers compensation processes, salary packaging reconciliation, and compliance updates Contribute to audits, month/quarter/year-end reporting, and payroll compliance obligations Identify and support process improvements, maintaining accurate payroll documentation and procedures Provide general administrative support, including records management and responding to enquiries Profile The successful candidate will have: Minimum 3 years of payroll experience Strong knowledge of Aus Legislation & Compliance Aged care industry experience a bonus! Tech savvy and ability to pick up payroll systems quickly Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.
