This is a Senior RF Calibration & Lab Technician role with Morse Micro based in Sydney, NSW, AU Morse Micro Role Seniority - senior More about the Senior RF Calibration & Lab Technician role at Morse Micro We are seeking a highly detail-oriented RF Calibration & Lab Technician to elevate the quality and repeatability of our RF validation and production test environments. This role will work across Hardware, DVT, Systems, and SVT teams to ensure our lab infrastructure, calibration practices, and measurement setups meet the highest standards. The ideal candidate brings strong practical RF experience, deep familiarity with test equipment calibration and S-parameter measurement, and a disciplined approach to lab hygiene. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in precision, repeatability, and clean data. Key Responsibilities Own RF lab hygiene and measurement integrity across development and validation environments Calibrate and maintain RF test equipment including VNAs, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, power meters, and associated accessories Measure and characterize cable, connector, and jig S-parameters (S11, S21, etc.) and maintain correction data where required Establish and enforce best practices for RF handling (torque wrench usage, connector care, cable replacement schedules, labeling, ESD discipline) Debug and optimize RF test setups to eliminate measurement artifacts and improve repeatability Manage lifecycle of cables, connectors, adapters, and fixtures.
