The Hamilton Hotel is seeking experienced Grill Chefs to join our high-volume kitchen team. To be successful, you must be capable of managing a fast-paced grill during peak service while maintaining clear, effective communication with a large team. As an all-day dining venue, we require candidates with flexible availability for a variety of shifts, with a specific focus on Friday and Saturday nights. Additionally, with a thriving functions business, you must be able to deliver high-quality production meals and maintain consistency under pressure.
