Civil Labourers (Entry-Level & Experienced) – Ongoing Work Join a growing civil contractor delivering major infrastructure and subdivision projects across Adelaide’s southern corridor. With multiple sites active and more work kicking off, we’re looking for reliable labourers ready for consistent hours, strong crews and long-term opportunities. What’s On Offer 50 hour weeks with consistent overtime Long-term, ongoing work – not stop/start projects Opportunity to step up into machinery operation Clear pathways into Leading Hand roles Supportive crews with strong site culture Projects & Locations Work across multiple sites in Adelaide’s south including: Mount Barker, Noarlunga, McLaren Flat, Strathalbyn & Morphettville. What You’ll Be Doing You’ll be working across active subdivision sites. Duties include: General site setup and clean-up Assisting with fencing, signage and traffic control Spotting machinery and working safely around plant Trenching and assisting with underground services Supporting drainage, concreting and stormwater crews Assisting operators and subcontractors on site For those with tickets, there are opportunities to operate machinery such as rollers, water carts and moxy trucks.
