Your responsibilities include: Planning and facilitating lifestyle programs based on individual needs Supporting new residents as they settle into the home Documenting participation and outcomes of lifestyle activities Advocating for residents and addressing any concerns or requests Maintaining compliance with aged care quality standards and policies Assisting with evaluation of residents’ wellbeing and providing updates to nursing staff Contributing to safe, respectful, and enjoyable living environments What You’ll Bring Essential: National Police Certificate (current or willingness to obtain) First Aid Certificate Manual Handling training Valid Driver’s Licence Understanding of aged care issues Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work respectfully in a diverse, team-based setting Certificate IV in Leisure & Lifestyle or Certificate III or IV in Aged Care Desirable: Italian language skills (advantageous, not essential) About Bene Aged Care Bene Aged Care is a not-for-profit, values-driven organisation dedicated to supporting older South Australians to live meaningful and dignified lives.
