Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of authentic Mexican dishes in line with menu and presentation standards Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control across all services Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver efficient and seamless service Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness at all times Assist with stock control, ordering, and supplier coordination Contribute to menu development, seasonal updates, and daily specials Support kitchen operations during functions, events, and high-volume service periods Supervise and train kitchen staff where required Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety and food safety regulations Qualifications & Experience Diploma of Hospitality Management or equivalent qualification Minimum 1 year of experience in Mexican cuisine (essential) Experience working in a commercial kitchen environment Strong knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen operations Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication, teamwork, and time management skills Reliable, motivated, and passionate about quality food Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays Apply Now!
