We are looking for a skilled and experienced Beauty Therapist to join our establishment who has the passion to really inspire and coach our team, with the skills to operate and control our business independently and deliver excellent customer service. Location: Shop 230A, Anderson St, Chatswood NSW 2067 Salary range: $75,000 per annum plus superannuation Role: Full-time 38 Hours Key responsibilities include: Perform a full range of beauty treatments, including facials, waxing, tinting, massages, and other specialized services. Conduct professional skin analyses and provide expert consultation and advice to clients. Ensure seamless appointment scheduling and maintain accurate client records. Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold the salon’s high standards at all times. Promote and upsell beauty products and services to clients. Educate clients on proper skincare and beauty maintenance. Handle client payments, bookings, and rebookings efficiently. Assist in resolving customer complaints professionally, with the support of management. Work collaboratively with the team to adhere to company policies and procedures. Support the Head Office and the Marketing team with any relevant tasks or promotions. Skills and Competencies: Proven experience in beauty therapy. (1-2 years) Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comprehensive knowledge of beauty products, treatments, and application techniques. Ability to sell and recommend suitable products and services. Professionalism, reliability, and an engaging personality to build client trust. Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform treatments with precision.
