Position: Maintenance Planner Position Type: Full-Time Salary: $76,515 plus superannuation per annum Location: Arundel, Gold Coast, Queensland. Our client Dimension Stone is seeking a Maintenance Planner to join their team located in Arundel, Gold Coast, Queensland. Duties and Responsibilities: ·Assess operational issues and introduce measures to improve asset reliability ·Support the creation and ongoing review of engineering and maintenance standards ·Ensure all tasks are carried out in line with workplace safety procedures and legislative requirements ·Produce maintenance documentation and contribute to ongoing evaluations and audit requirements ·Operate CMMS platforms to monitor maintenance tasks, update asset data, and produce reporting outputs ·Implement structured maintenance systems aimed at increasing reliability and efficiency ·Coordinate and organise maintenance schedules, including routine servicing and planned shutdowns ·Identify and implement process improvements to increase operational uptime and efficiency ·Oversee parts ordering, stock levels, and inventory accuracy ·Track maintenance budgets, timelines, and resource allocation ·Oversee and guide maintenance planning functions across the site Requirements: At least three years of relevant experience
