Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our client's team on the prestigious large scale project in Margaret River due to be completed mid 2029. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a high-quality development in one of WA’s most sought-after regions. About the Role As Contract Administrator, you will play a key role in managing the commercial and contractual aspects of the project, ensuring strong financial control and smooth project delivery. Key Responsibilities Contract administration including procurement, claims, and variations Administering subcontractor agreements Monitoring project budgets, costs, and forecasts Identifying risks and supporting resolution of contractual and financial issues Document control using Aconex Managing online tender processes via EstimateOne Managing and evaluating tender returns Preparing contract placement reports for client review and approval Liaising with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure clear communication Salary & Benefits $150,000 - $190,000 salary package (dependant on experience) Immediate start High-profile project Supportive team environment Opportunity to grow and develop your career Open to someone happy to relocate to Margaret River Preferred (but not essential): Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role CA experience in large scale accommodation or commercial projects Looking for someone proactive, organised, and confident working both independently and within a team Experience working in the Southwest region of WA Experience with Aconex and Primavera (training provided if needed) First Aid certification Essential: Australian driver’s licence White Card If you’re ready to take the next step in your career and be part of a standout project in Margaret River, we’d love to hear from you.
