As Receptionist / Office Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office while supporting project, corporate, and leadership teams across administration and facilities coordination activities. From welcoming clients and coordinating travel, to managing office facilities, onboarding new employees, supporting project documentation, events, and HSE compliance, this role offers variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to make a real impact. Suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, you will bring strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills, along with a proactive “can-do” attitude and excellent attention to detail. In this role, some of the following duties you will undertake but not limited to: Front of house – meet and great all visitors / clients and staff Assist in credit card reconciliation for Operations Australia & Project Director Arrangement of business visa, travel booking using OBT Serko Project document formatting to company/client standard Maintain project organization charts in Teams Raising project related purchase requisitions in Oracle Interfacing with IT and managing IT ticket process Scheduling appointments and events for project team Maintaining various staff lists, arranging access cards & EOT for new starters, name plates. Ensure front office, kitchen, meeting rooms remain clean and tidy.
