The Company Our client is a leading provider of specialised industrial products and engineering services for customers in a diverse range of industry sectors across Australia. They are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to join their team in Western Sydney. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established, Australian owned business. The Role Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for the planning, coordination and delivery of specialised industrial products and engineering services to a diverse range of clients. This role acts as a vital link between clients, internal stakeholders, external suppliers and site teams to ensure their bespoke industrial products are manufactured, assembled and installed, ensuring project milestones are met. Key Responsibilities Production Oversight: Maintain oversight of all project specific, manufactured to order products, as well as multiple external suppliers, ensuring products and engineering services are provided on time and within budget. Logistics & Planning: Assist with planning and tracking of products from manufacturing through to delivery and site installation, including the maintenance of accurate tracking registers. Provide Services: Provide advice and technical support for a wide range of project services, from supply only through to design, manufacture and site installation. Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise professionally with clients, management, production, external suppliers and subcontractors to resolve project issues. About You You are a detail-oriented professional with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues. You have the ability to work collaboratively across office, factory, and site environments while managing multiple concurrent tasks. Minimum Qualifications and Experience Background: Trade, technical, engineering background (tertiary qualifications and/or relevant experience). Experience: Experience in a similar project management or coordination role within an industrial prefabrication or engineered to order manufacturing environment. Skills: Demonstrated experience supporting project coordination, as well as experience using AutoCAD and Inventor software. Organisation and Communication: Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills and the ability to work closely with multiple internal and external stakeholders. Safety: A strong commitment to workplace health and safety and a sound understanding of quality assurance principles.
