The pipeline remains steady across both states, supporting ongoing work across multiple fronts. The Gig Take ownership of civil infrastructure delivery as a Project Manager across multiple work fronts in Western Sydney. Working across live projects and reporting into senior leadership, you’ll manage the full lifecycle of delivery, from planning and programming through to execution and completion. You’ll oversee drainage, road, and utility packages, ensuring works stay aligned to program, budget, and specification. Across different stages of delivery, you’ll keep progress moving by managing sequencing, coordinating subcontractors, and maintaining control across each phase of work. Your focus will be on keeping crews productive, resolving issues early, and ensuring momentum is maintained. You’ll work closely with Supervisors, engineers, and subcontractors to plan upcoming stages, align resources, and ensure consistency across work fronts as projects progress. Program and sequencing sits at its core. Your ability to plan ahead, adjust to changing conditions, and keep works moving will drive successful outcomes. You’ll be trusted with: Managing delivery of drainage, pavement, and roadwork packages across active sites Coordinating supervisors, crews, and subcontractors across multiple work fronts Reviewing plans and specifications to ensure works align with project requirements Managing program timelines and adjusting sequencing based on site conditions Monitoring progress on site and addressing delays or constraints early Overseeing subcontractor performance and ensuring works meet expected standards Tracking costs and supporting budget control across stages of work Liaising with clients and stakeholders throughout delivery phases Ensuring compliance with project specifications and relevant standards Supporting reporting on progress, risks, and outcomes across active works What’s in your toolbox? 5 years’ experience in civil infrastructure, with a relevant degree or equivalent background Experience stepping into Senior Engineer or Project Manager responsibilities across live works Strong understanding of drainage, pavements, roads, and utility installation Ability to manage programs, sequencing, and multiple active work fronts Experience coordinating crews, subcontractors, and site-based teams Strong commercial awareness with ability to track costs and manage budgets You’re the kind of person who takes ownership of your work fronts and keeps things moving without needing direction .
