Are you a creative marketer who loves bringing campaigns to life and seeing real results? We’re working with a growing residential builder looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join the team and play a key role in driving brand awareness and lead generation. This is a hands-on, varied role where you’ll work closely with senior leadership and sales, giving you real influence over marketing direction while staying involved in the day-to-day execution. About the role You’ll be responsible for managing and delivering marketing activity across digital channels, social media, email campaigns and content creation. From developing campaign ideas to capturing on-site content, no two days will look the same! Key Responsibilities Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns and brand initiatives Work closely with sales teams to monitor lead quality and optimise performance Coordinate with external agencies on paid social, outdoor and radio campaigns Manage and schedule content across all social platforms Create engaging content including graphics, photography and video Capture content on-site including build progress and completed home Monitor engagement, respond to enquiries and grow online presence Create and send EDM campaigns Design templates, write copy and track campaign performance Research trends and develop fresh campaign ideas targeting buyers Maintain and update website content, imagery and promotions About You 2 years’ experience in a marketing or digital role Strong design skills with experience using Canva and/or Adobe Suite Confident with social media management and content creation Photography and video editing skills (CapCut or similar) Experience working with WordPress websites Excellent communication and writing skills Highly regarded: Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms Background in residential construction, property or real estate marketing This is a great chance to join a successful builder with a strong momentum in the Perth market.
