About the Team & OfficeJoin our amazing Perth Promotions team as a Brand Experience Specialist! If you love events and bringing promotions to life, then keep reading! In this role, you’ll help bring our brands to life by supporting and delivering standout audience experiences across multiple channels. This role plays a critical part in delivering outstanding listener, client and partner experiences through seamless street activations, events and integrated campaigns across 92.9 Triple M, Mix 94.5 and LiSTNR. Based in our Perth office, you’ll be surrounded by a collaborative, fast‑paced environment where no two days are the same. You’ll work closely with presenters, Brand Experience Leads, Campaign Ideas Managers and internal stakeholders to deliver high‑impact promotions that drive audience engagement, brand exposure and commercial success. A day in the life?You’ll bring brand events and activations to life from start to finish, working closely with Brand Experience Leads, commercial team and partners to create unforgettable audience moments. You’ll be the detail‑driven organiser behind the scenes and the calm, confident operator on the ground - making sure events, promotions and experiences run seamlessly and leave a lasting impression. What You’ll Need Experience in events, promotions and/or project management Proven ability to manage casual staff, rostering and on‑ground activations Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure Excellent written and verbal communication skills Confidence dealing with staff, clients and stakeholders at all levels Solid administration and resource management capability Credible presentation skills and experience delivering client results Strong attention to detail and a high standard of execution Good working knowledge of social media and digital platforms Ability to provide creative, practical solutions to challenges Promotions, branding, PR experience and/or relevant qualifications Let us sweeten the deal! 9 Day fortnight trial to support your work life balance SCA GIGs – Our internal talent development program helps you cross-skill and grow within SCA.
