Key Responsibilities: Initiate, manage, and significantly grow key A&D client relationships. Proactively manage and expand the client portfolio, including frequent on-site meetings, presentations, and product specification work that positions the company at the forefront of luxury projects. Own the entire sales lifecycle from initial high-level enquiry and specification to complex quotation management, negotiation, and ensuring after-sales service and client satisfaction. Act as a principal ambassador for the companies product portfolio, ensuring all interactions and processes reflect the exceptional quality and high standard. Work closely with showroom managers and the wider national sales team, contributing market intelligence and cross-pollinating strategies for team success. Skills and experience: Demonstrated success in high-end B2B sales or A&D account management. Exceptional verbal and written skills for building lasting client loyalty and rapport. Autonomous pipeline management and strategic workload prioritisation. Superior negotiation and closing skills, with a keen understanding of the project lifecycle. Personal commitment to reflecting the high standards and sophisticated aesthetic of this luxury brand. Current, valid Driver's Licence is essential.
