Test Analyst An established organisation within the utilities sector is seeking an experienced Test Analyst to join their Melbourne-based team. This role is ideally suited to someone with a strong background in utilities environments and hands-on experience working with SAP, Field Service Management (FSM), or Salesforce Service Management platforms. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and execute manual test cases. Validate journeys and data integrations, Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve defects. Maintain and enhance test frameworks. Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and tools.
