Delivery Lead - Process Transformation & Operational Change Sydney | 12M Contract About the Role We're partnering with a leading financial services organisation to engage a Delivery Lead to drive end-to-end execution of large-scale process transformation and operational improvement initiatives. This role sits within a high-performing change and transformation function focused on improving efficiency, modernising core banking operations, and delivering measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex transformation initiatives across business and technology streams Manage delivery plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and outcomes across cross-functional teams Drive execution of process optimisation, automation, and AI-enabled initiatives within banking operations Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to ensure alignment and delivery success Oversee delivery across workflow, case management, and operational change initiatives Facilitate governance, steering committees, and senior stakeholder reporting Manage risks, issues, and change impacts to ensure successful implementation and adoption Ensure delivery aligns with regulatory, compliance, and operational requirements within banking Key Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Delivery Lead, Project Manager, or similar role within financial services (essential) Strong background delivering process improvement, operational change, or transformation programs Experience leading end-to-end delivery in Agile or hybrid environments Strong understanding of workflow-driven or process-led environments Experience delivering initiatives involving automation or AI-enabled capabilities highly regarded Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence senior business and technology partners Strong governance, planning, and delivery execution capability Nice to Have Experience in payments, lending, or customer operations environments Exposure to regulatory or compliance-driven change programs Understanding of data, integration, or platform delivery environments Why Apply?
