Role overview Operating in a fast-moving environment shaped by rapidly evolving technology, this role focuses on designing, delivering and scaling GenAI-enabled solutions across the firm and for clients, with a strong emphasis on rapid, accelerator-style engagements. Reporting to a Senior Transformation Manager, you will join a high-performing team at the forefront of GenAI adoption in legal services. You will play a key role in translating emerging AI capabilities into practical legal applications, driving measurable productivity gains and reimagining how legal work is delivered. In this role, you will: Lead and support GenAI engagements with internal teams and clients, identifying high-value use cases and delivering working prototypes and production-ready solutions. Collaborate with lawyers, clients and technologists to design, test and deploy GenAI solutions across key legal workflows (e.g. drafting, review, research, knowledge). Drive end-to-end implementation of GenAI initiatives, including prompt design, tooling and integration into workflows. Support client-facing innovation programs, including pitching and delivering GenAI-enabled transformation offerings. Contribute to the development of repeatable AI solutions, playbooks and frameworks to enable scalable deployment across the firm. Build internal capability by strengthening lawyer understanding and adoption of GenAI tools, including through training and hands-on support. Work closely with legal and risk teams to support responsible AI use, including governance, compliance and quality assurance. Stay current with developments in AI, legal technology and emerging tools, translating these into actionable opportunities for the firm. About you Proven experience in legal practice, legal operations, professional services or transformation roles, with exposure to AI or legal technology initiatives. Technically proficient with a strong understanding of legal technology ecosystems, data infrastructure, and AI-driven solutions (including GenAI), with the ability to lead end-to-end implementation and work closely with technical teams on design and delivery. Strong understanding of GenAI and its applications across legal workflows or broader professional services environments. Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced, iterative delivery environments (e.g. sprints, pilots, accelerators). Ability to bridge legal and technical domains, working effectively across teams to translate user needs into practical AI-enabled solutions. Commercial mindset with experience engaging clients on innovation and transformation opportunities. Proactive, curious and comfortable operating in ambiguous, new areas.
